New Orleans “BBQ” Shrimp

Louisiana-Style “BBQ” shrimp is a classic New Orleans dish that is not grilled over fire, but rather a rich, buttery, and peppery stovetop preparation. The name comes from the brown, savory color of the sauce. Served with warm French bread to soak up the sauce. We recommend using your hands and bibbing up!
